Below is an outline of the packages we offer, which provide you with all the tools you need to propel you to the next stage of your career.
 

Package 1: Get Your Shit Together
 

Project initiation, strategic planning and project management. Clients are given a crash course in content creation and developing an artist and are given the tools and contacts they need to do so. This package is for establishing artists and is charge on a flat fee basis.

Package 2: ThreeSixty Digital Development ‘Build It And They Will Come’
 

The A&R Department offer a comprehensive digital support package to compliment your full strategy, or as a standalone option.
 

Includes:

• Artist's top 5 social media websites will be targeted and maintained

• Additional band page updates and maintenance as required with:

  • Photographs (Live / Promotional)

  • Audio (Artist Tracks and Demos)

  • Press (Artist Updates, Biographies, Articles of note)

  • Events (Shows / Gigs / Performances / Appearances)

  • Video (Live / Promotional)

• Specific Fan Growth will also be targeted;

  • Myspace (1000 carefully targeted friend requests per week)

• Email marketing campaign

  • Mailing list optimized and one email/newsletter sent out per month

• Event Listings and Entertainment Guides updated

• Setup of either a download page, competition page or setup of other determined marketing portal including:

  • Free setup of the page

  • Limited design of the page

  • Cutting edge security measures to stop download abuse (such as link sharing to avoid handing over a valid e-mail address)

  • Support and maintenance of the page's branding

  • Monthly statistics of traffic

  • Monthly exports of collected database information

So you’ve got a release, but don’t know how to market it across the web?
 

The A&R Department has been at the coalface of digital music distribution and marketing for some time, and we will work closely with you to push your release out into the digital space effectively.
 

This package includes:

• Creating of a marketing concept for your release

• Working on your points of difference to help you stay ahead of the pack

• Assisting you to get the most out of your marketing budget

• Advice on choosing the best digital distribution for your release

• Retail marketing, and pushing for digital feature placement

Package 4: Brandit!

Got the music right but don't have the right visual component to accompany it?

The A&R Department's Brandit! package helps bands/artists to create and define their artistic direction and develop a visual identity and brand for your music. We build a creative team to help work on your brand, creating a unique visual identity that is congruent with your music and can be used for all visual mediums: websites, social networks, artwork etc.

We will build a creative team as required including the right photographers, graphic designers, webmasters, publicists, directors, producers and stylists to fuolfill the vision.

This package includes:

• Overseeing of photoshoots, including determining direction and ensuring results

• Overseeing creation of artwork for EPs, albums, websites etc

• Overseeing creation of videos, including finding the right treatment/director that is congruent with the branding
   

Package 4: Full Service
 

The full service, complete hands-on involvement and project management. This package is for labels, management companies, advertising agencies etc and is charged on a monthly retainer.

• Full appraisal of all songs, full creative input on songwriting and sonic direction.
• Intensive management of all facets of the project, including:
  • Producer & mix/mastering engineer choice and attainment
  • Development of a full release strategy
  • Radio/Television/digital media strategy
  • End-to-end physical and digital marketing plan, including The A&R Department’s implementation of a well rounded and conceptually unique approach to set you aside from your peers
  • Below-the-line digital profile management to build your online fan relationships
  • Above-the-line retail marketing and promotion, to maximise your point of sale presence
• Branding overview - development of branding through photography/graphic design
• Live rehearsal critique
