Traditional A&R: Song and Artist development

The objective of Song / Artist development is to help give artists strategies to mature and control the direction of their content. We’ll consult with you on the song’s cultural and commercial contexts that best represent the artistic direction and cultivate an expressive framework that assists you in maintaining continuity through your song writing and sound.

We start with chords, voice, melody and lyrics, and from there make informed decisions on artistic direction  moving forward.

A&R team members are experienced producers allowing for the ability to provide immediate and valuable feedback and guidance. Song selection, arrangement and mixing advice based off the team’s 15 years of experience running effective and far-reaching campaigns.
